Information We Collect

• Payment information: Stripe processes card and supported wallet payments at checkout; Square processes payments made through our secondary payment-link option. Stripe collects card details directly through its hosted payment fields. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, and limited payment-method information, such as card brand and last four digits, for order reconciliation, support, and refunds. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers.
• Account information: username, encrypted password, order history, and saved preferences. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google; we never see your Google password.
• Automatically collected data: IP address, browser and device type, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.

• Process, verify, and reconcile payments and fulfill orders, including emailing a payment link when you choose Square

Cookies & Tracking

All service providers are obligated to safeguard your data.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We use industry-standard safeguards including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and restricted access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

Text-message consent is optional and separate from the policy agreement at checkout. Checking the text-message box authorizes recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing texts from Pep Select, including deals and cart reminders, at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Email marketing consent is collected separately.

1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, and/or marketing messaging that include discount codes, special deals or texts promoting our products/services, depending on which program(s) you opt in to. We will only send content you have explicitly signed up to receive via our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (833) 737-7528.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@pepselect.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
