Welcome to PepSelect. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of pepselect.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by PepSelect (“PepSelect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Research Use Only

Every product sold by PepSelect is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes. Our products are:

• Not for human or animal consumption of any kind
• Not for medical, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic use
• Not for injection, ingestion, topical application, or any other form of personal use
• Not cosmetics, supplements, drugs, or food additives

Products sold on this Site have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, treatment guidance, or an endorsement of any off-label application. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of research compounds and agree to use them solely for lawful research in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Eligibility & Researcher Certification

By placing an order with PepSelect, you certify that:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are a researcher, or are otherwise legally qualified, to purchase and handle research materials
• You are purchasing exclusively for legitimate research purposes
• You will not use, distribute, or resell any product for human or animal use

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate order cancellation and refusal of future service.

3. Ordering & Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to product availability and to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders we believe are placed by resellers or distributors, or that present legal or regulatory risk. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

4. Payment

Credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe at checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where supported by your device, account, and payment method. The card statement descriptor is PEP SELECT. Your bank may require additional authentication, including 3D Secure. A successful payment is followed by a payment-confirmation email; shipment updates follow when your order ships. A declined, incomplete, or pending payment is not a confirmed payment. All orders remain subject to our order-acceptance terms.

Square payment links remain available as a secondary checkout option. If you choose Square, we email a secure payment link and instructions to pay the exact order total. Placing a Square-link order does not charge you. Follow the hold deadline in your order and reminder emails; unpaid orders may be canceled and reserved stock released. We confirm payment before shipment and reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Processing and dispatch times are set out in our Refund & Shipping Policy. Transit times provided by carriers are estimates and are outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the package is delivered to the carrier. PepSelect is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Full details are set out in our Refund & Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Dilution and cloudiness: Cloudiness that appears after a compound is reconstituted is almost always caused by the reconstitution solution rather than the compound. Cloudiness is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit unless the reconstitution was performed using a laboratory-grade reconstitution solution.

6. Product Information & Certificates of Analysis

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and labels accurate, but they may change without notice. Products are batch-tested by independent laboratories, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published on our COA lookup page. Purity is verified at the batch level and is not guaranteed beyond the listed conditions and shelf life. All products are provided “as is” for research purposes only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Assumption of Responsibility

Once an order leaves our facility, full responsibility for handling, storage, testing, and research use transfers to the purchaser. You acknowledge and agree that PepSelect is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or unauthorized use of any product, and is not liable for injury, harm, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepSelect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of our products or the Site, including any legal consequences of improper or unlawful use and any claims related to research outcomes or suitability. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected illegal, unsafe, or unauthorized use; violation of our policies; false or misleading information; or any activity that may expose PepSelect to legal or regulatory risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the PepSelect name, logos, text, product imagery, and design — is the property of PepSelect and may not be used without our express written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, and/or marketing messaging that include discount codes, special deals or texts promoting our products/services, depending on which program(s) you opt in to. We will only send content you have explicitly signed up to receive via our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (833) 737-7528.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@pepselect.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
